Objective 1:
Goes into details about investigating the natural world including rock, soil and water. According to UEN's standards these are what is covered:
- Observe, compare, describe, and sort components of soil by size, texture, and color.
- Identify and describe a variety of natural sources of water, including streams, lakes, and oceans.
- Gather evidence about the uses of rocks, soil, and water.

I use technology to set goals, work toward achieving them and demonstrate my learning.
I am going to use the pins I have saved in Pinterest in my classroom by using the activities, photos, and videos to help the students in my classroom further their education. I will use the pins as projects students will have to complete and while they complete the task they learn the objective that is being taught. Then I will have students use their own boards to find other ways to find different sources of water, soil, and rocks.
